In Spring 2013, BlackBerry announced plans to take its hugely popular BBM messaging service, long considered one of its strongest exclusive offerings, multi-platform. As part of an interagency team we helped with the launch of the iOS and Android versions, creating a social media campaign, banner ads, email newsletters, and designing the website. An emphasis on clean typography and conversational photography helped take them in a new direction that could eventually make its way to their other properties.
